Everything went wonderful and I would definitely go back to Gunn to purchase a vehicle. I’ve never been so impressed with an auto dealership as much as I am with Gunn. Chris Bond is an outstanding sales rep and you should be proud of his incredible service and flexibility to get the job done. Please pass on to him my sincere thanks and appreciation. My daughter loves her new Honda Civic.
BTW, I wouldn’t change a thing.

Hello Again To everyone!
I wanted to offer a word of advice (or a word of warning – depending on your situation) in regards to the up-coming “Clunker Program” that is in the works.
If you do NOT have a trade that will qualify for these vouchers – or if your trade may qualify, but we can offer you more for your trade than what the voucher would be worth – you may want to STRONGLY think about getting in to see us as fast as you can.
If your vehicle DOES qualify – then you need to contact me as soon as possible so that I can have you on our waiting list.
WHY?
Last year, in May – when Gas hit 4.00+ per Gallon – and we had TONS of Civic and Fit models on our lot – within 30 days of the Gas Rush starting – we had NO AVAILABLE SMALL CARS- and had deposit lists 3 MONTHS long…… what small vehicles we did have, were being sold at or very close to MSRP.
The same thing is about to happen with this voucher program – and we as a Dealer can already see that if the rush is HALF as bad as what last years was – we will NOT HAVE ENOUGH VEHICLES to provide to everyone who wants one.
So….the BEST advice I can give – and this goes for ANYONE looking at ANY Honda model – especially when it comes to the cars and small SUV’s…..is that you REALLY need to start the process or actually purchase what you are looking for well before the Clunker Program goes into effect.
I already have upwards of 30 People holding for just that reason – and that is just MY customers – not to mention every one else in all other states.
Once those vouchers go out – and you can quote me on this - the majority of any Dealers Inventory will go fast!
So the sooner you make a move, the larger the selection and lower the price will be.
Call or email me ASAP so I can go over any further details with you…and If you decide that you want one of our Vehicles, let me know so that I can secure it and keep anyone else from purchasing it before you are able to get here! We sell a LOT of cars…..so they come and go very quickly.
If you plan on stopping by….always try to call and make an appointment with me first…however, If you decide to just drop in….ASK FOR ME!!! That way you can work directly with me or someone here in the Internet Department…..mainly because we work a little faster and with less “Red Tape” so to speak than if you just talked to just any salesperson here!
Our Hours are:
Monday – Friday 9AM to 9PM
Saturday 9AM till everyone leaves! (Officially we close at 7PM, so that way we can actually get out of here by 9PM or so)
Lastly, feel free to do just as much research on ME as you do on the car you are buying….I’m pretty certain I am one of – if not the Only – Sales Person you may talk to that has a PROVABLE reputation on-line like I do…combined with the great reputation Gunn Honda has as well. I will look forward to hearing from everyone and working with you soon!

Sales of several models last month did hold some surprises, even if they didn’t beat last year’s figures. In a shift likely related to the domestic auto industry’s ill health, the $20,905 Honda Accord sedan unseated the $21,565 Ford F-150 as the best-selling vehicle in America. The F-150 has been the annual top-seller for decades, selling 29,212 units last month over the pickup’s 28,757. Still, each of those sold fewer year-over-year, with the Accord down 15.6% and F-150 down 35.8%.

Insight Becomes First Hybrid Vehicle to Rank as Best-Selling Vehicle* in Japan
TOKYO, Japan, May 11, 2009 – Honda Motor Co., Ltd. today announced that Insight ranked as the industry’s best-selling car among new vehicle registrations* in Japan for the month of April 2009, with sales of 10,481 units (source: Japan Automobile Dealers Association). It is the first time in history for a hybrid model to be the industry’s best selling vehicle in Japan for any monthly sales period.
Fit was the industry’s best-selling car among new vehicle registrations in Japan for calendar year 2008 and the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009. Fit was also the industry’s best-selling car for the month of March 2009, for the fourth consecutive month since December 2008, until it was displaced by Insight to become the industry’s second best-selling car in April 2009, with sales of 9,443 units. It is the first time Honda has occupied the industry’s top two best-selling car positions.
Since its introduction on February 6, 2009, the all-new Insight has been very well received by a wide range of customers due to its excellent environmental performance, easy-to-use packaging, light and comfortable driving and affordable pricing.

I wanted to post an email I recieved this morning from our First Insight Customer that I sold a 2010 EX to last week…the Clear Sky Blue one:
Chris…57 MPG so far. Now this is since we picked it up, using ECON mode. No real city driving other than a couple miles a day each way to work and home….40 Miles Highway / 10 City round trip.I will keep you posted.
I am SUPER HAPPY with it. I thought the gas gauge was broken at first.
It just kept staying on Full.
