Hello again to everyone!
As of April 1st – I am now a part of our Business Office/Finance Department….meaning that I will no longer be able to personally sell vehicles to my past or present customers…
However…
I will continue to post here and keep everyone updated with what is going on at our store…so feel free to continue to email or call me with any questions you have or info you may need. Even though I may not be able to sell vehicles directly, I can still refer anyone who may be considering purchasing from us to one of my previous Internet Sales Associates to help you with any buying needs.

Hello Again to everyone!
Chris Bond with Gunn Honda in San Antonio here…and I wanted to touch bases everyone to let you know what is going on right now!
We are off to a great start in March…and we are looking to continue our status as one of the Premier Honda Dealerships in the area….so we are maintaining our low prices on all Vehicles and in some cases – they are even better than they were just a few weeks ago!
We also have some great specials going on right now in the way of APR’s and Lease specials on Certain Models.
Lastly, we know that regardless of what kind of rates and terms you may be offered by other lenders…on most occasions we are VERY COMPETETIVE to anything you may qualify for on your own!
Most New Honda Accord, Accord Cross-Tour, Civic, Odyssey, and Pilot models have prices that most would be VERY surprised over….the best way to see what I mean is to call or email me directly!(Even for 2011 Models on the Pilot’s!)
For Used vehicles – we have a LOT of low mile / heavily discounted cars – ranging from Certified Pre-Owned Honda’s to Inexpensive “Cash” Cars!

Saturday 9AM till everyone leaves! (Officially we close at 7PM, so that way we can actually get out of here by 8PM or so)

Hello again to Everyone!
I just wanted to thank all of you who purchased from me in February…..for 2 months in a row, I have set new personal records for those months in both new and used vehicle sales! If it were not for the continued loyalty and many referrals I get from previous customers, this would not have been possible. I was also able to break my personal ”Total 1 day Sales” number on Saturday…by moving 7 cars out of our inventory to 7 different customers! Thank you to everyone who purchased from me and helped me make that happen!
I can only hope that this is a sign of things to come…and I am sure that this year will be better all around for everyone – no matter what line of work you may be in!

Toyota Recalls 2.3 Million Vehicles
Toyota issued a recall covering 2.3 million late model cars, SUVs, and pickup trucks Thursday, broadening its largest such action ever and acknowledging that potential accelerator pedal problems were deeper than previously acknowledged. The auto maker previously recalled about 4.2 million Toyota and Lexus vehicles to reduce the risk of pedal “entrapment” caused by floor mats, according to a news release issued by Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. About 1.7 million Toyota vehicles are subject to both recalls, the company said. “In recent months, Toyota has investigated isolated reports of sticking accelerator pedal mechanisms in certain vehicles without the presence of floor mats,” Toyota group Vice President Irv Miller said in a statement. In “rare instances” the accelerator pedal may stick in a partially depressed position or return slowly to the idle position, he said.
According to MSNBC, vehicles affected by the latest recall are: 2009-2010 RAV4, 2009-2010 Corolla, 2009-2010 Matrix, 2005-2010 Avalon, 2007-2010 Camry, 2010 Highlander, 2007-2010 Tundra, and 2008-2010 Sequoia. The previous recall affected Camry and Avalon sedans, the Prius hybrid, the Tacoma and Tundra pickup trucks, and the luxury Lexus models IS250, IS350, and ES350. Toyota said concerned customers could call its Customer Experience Center at 1-800-331-4331.

For every vehicle we sell…we send out a survey to make sure our customers are happy with not just the Sale of the vehicle – but the overall process that led them to purchasing from us. Here is one of the reponses from another Happy Gunn Customer:

Hello to Everyone!
I just wanted to say thank you to all of my Past, Present and Future Customers as well as my fellow Sales Professionals here who have helped me as well as Gunn Honda get through this trying year of 2009 in great form!
If it were not for many teams of people and great customers like what I have had the pleasure to meet and continue to work with over the past 18 Months, we would not have been as successfull as we have been in this current Economic Climate.
After everything, I had a personally great year – it could have certainly been better, but it could have just as easily been much worse.
I will be updating everyone – once the dust settles and we get our final numbers back from Honda – on where we as a Dealership stand for the Honda Presidents Award…and for where I stand on Council of Sales.
I think that 2010 will be a great year….and I hope it will be for everyone here – from all of the Honda Enthusiats to those like myself who are fortunate enough to be able to sell these Great Vehicles from American Honda!
